Vacuum Priming Systems

 

Standard Models
Our standard product features a pre-engineered line of simplex and duplex vacuum priming systems for automatic or on-demand priming applications. They offer high quality standards at an affordable price, and are well suited to most installations.
 

Our standard vacuum priming system features automatic pressure control of the priming process. In conjunction with a priming valve at each connected pump requiring priming, the priming system cycles automatically to maintain a prime.

Every priming system is designed to insure years of reliable service and ease of maintenance. We feel so assured of the LYNN Standard Models that we have a 2 year warranty on the Standard Rotary Vane with Purge Control Systems and the Standard Liquid Ring Systems. System Accessories

Lynn can provide just about any component to go with a priming system. The primary accessories however include the priming valves. Priming Valves are available in several sizes and configurations to meet requirements for flow and water conditions.

Stainless Steel Pipe

 

All standard systems feature 304/304L stainless steel pipe and fittings. Unlike painted or galvanized piping that shows rust soon after installation, stainless steel retains its clean appearance.

 

Oil Drain Lines

 

All systems furnished with oil lubricated vacuum pumps feature extended oil drain line to facilitate maintenance. Lines include ball valve isolation to insure easy, clean oil changes.

 

Isolation Vent

& Vacuum Relief

Draining the receiver of accumulated water is simplified with standard isolation and vent valves. Rapid venting allows accumulated water to drain freely so your back on line without interruption or loss of prime.
