Corrosion Resistant Construction

Several options for corrosion resistant construction are available. All 304 or 316 SS wetted parts construction can replace standard construction. Interior epoxy coating of vacuum receiver or a 316 SS vacuum receiver option is also available. Other materials such as bronze, CPVC, Monel, etc. are available to meet special application requirements.

 

             

 

    Systems shown above are versions of our model APD-150RV-240H custom designed to include: an epoxy coated receiver; 316/3164L SS piping; 316 SS valves, gauges and switches; NEMA-4X stainless steel system control panel enclosure; NEMA-4 component electrical enclosures. The system on the left also includes microprocessor control with telemetry operation access, and incorporates our Auto Purge feature.
 

   

    Systems on the right include special construction for a seawater application. This is our model APD-25LR-60HC featuring all bronze liquid ring vacuum pumps, CPVC piping and valves, polypropylene high water level switch,  and epoxy coated receiver and discharge air/water separators.
